PROJECT

Australia 108

At Omvivo, we are proud to have contributed to the landmark residential development Australia 108 at 70 Southbank Boulevard, Melbourne, delivered by World Class Land and designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects. In collaboration with Carr, we supplied our CDesign basins across the project in a range of sizes, tailored to suit multiple apartment typologies across all 1105 residences. The selection of the CDesign basin range supported a consistent yet flexible bathroom solution, allowing for variation in layout while maintaining a unified design language throughout the tower. Our focus was on delivering refined, durable, and architecturally aligned basin solutions that integrated seamlessly with bespoke joinery and stone surfaces specified by the design team. This collaboration reflects Omvivo’s commitment to design-led multi residential projects, where product precision and material quality contribute to the overall architectural intent at scale, helping shape a cohesive and elevated living experience across Australia 108.

The primary architects of Australia 108 are Fender Katsalidis Architects, a Melbourne-based architecture studio known for designing some of Australia’s most significant contemporary high-rise buildings. Fender Katsalidis Architects has built a strong reputation for bold, sculptural residential towers that respond to their urban context while pushing structural and engineering boundaries. Their work often combines expressive architectural forms with highly considered planning and liveability, particularly in large-scale apartment developments. For Australia 108, the studio created a distinctive supertall residential form that anchors Melbourne’s Southbank skyline, balancing landmark presence with refined interior planning to support over 1,100 apartments.
